Hammock Dunes Private Community is a 997 acre upscale oceanfront development. The community has approximately 1½ miles of beachfront property and includes a 2½ mile long island in the Intracoastal Waterway. Access is controlled by privacy gates and the main entrance gates are manned 24 hours a day.

Island Estates is a 2½ mile long island and a gated neighborhood that is accessible by two bridges. The main gate is manned 24-hours a day.

Homesites average approximately 1 acre, although individual lot sizes may vary. Waterfront footage per lot ranges up to 150 feet. Some contiguous homesites may be combined into a single homesite.
